Quantities can be separated by material, panel type, area, linear footage, and documented installation method.

Each assembly can be quantified according to its dimensions, materials, hardware, finish, and installation requirements.

Where documented, these components can be included separately to create a more complete millwork estimate.

Custom millwork costs may involve shop fabrication as well as field installation. Fabrication complexity, material selection, finishing, assembly, transportation, and installation conditions can all affect the final price.
