Electronic security systems coordinate with doors, frames, electrical power, low-voltage pathways, IT networks, fire alarm systems, ceilings, and building access points.
We coordinate available architectural, electrical, and technology documentation to identify door hardware interfaces, device locations, pathways, equipment rooms, and system connections.

Video Surveillance Takeoff

Video surveillance systems can include cameras, mounts, recorders, network equipment, cabling, power supplies, and related accessories.
Camera quantities can be organized by type and location, with associated infrastructure identified where documented.

Access Control Estimating

Access control systems can include readers, controllers, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, locks, power supplies, and related cabling.
Door schedules and security plans can be coordinated to establish the required equipment at each controlled opening.

Intrusion Detection Estimating

Intrusion systems may include motion detectors, door contacts, glass-break sensors, control panels, keypads, sirens, and other documented devices.
Quantities can be separated by system and device type.

Intercom & Emergency Communication Estimating

Intercom and emergency communication systems may include stations, master units, speakers, call devices, cabling, controllers, and associated equipment.
These systems can be estimated separately where identified in the project documentation.
