View scopeWhy Dedicated Trade Estimates Matter
A single combined estimate across all trades can hide cost errors that only appear when you look at each scope separately. Our dedicated trade estimates give you granular visibility into material quantities, labor hours, and unit costs by division, so you can bid accurately, negotiate confidently, and catch scope gaps before they reach the field.
Each trade estimate is produced by an estimator with specific expertise in that trade, using the appropriate software and labor standards: PlanSwift and RSMeans for most trades, AccuBid and NECA units for electrical, FastPIPE and MCAA units for plumbing, FastDUCT and SMACNA standards for HVAC.
