By accessing and using the website of California Construction Estimating ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

We provide construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and related preconstruction consulting services. The estimates provided are based on the plans, specifications, and information supplied by the client. While we strive for the highest degree of accuracy, our estimates are professional opinions of probable construction costs based on current market data and historical costs.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide complete, legible, and accurate plans, specifications, and project details. We are not responsible for estimating errors resulting from incomplete, outdated, or illegible documents provided by the client. It is the client's responsibility to review the final estimate before submitting any bids or ordering materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall California Construction Estimating be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our estimates or materials. Construction pricing is highly volatile, and our estimates do not constitute a guarantee of actual construction costs. Final material orders and contract values are solely the responsibility of the client.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. For certain projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. We reserve the right to withhold the delivery of final estimates until payment obligations have been met.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all plans, drawings, specifications, and project details provided by the client strictly confidential. We will not share your project documents with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
